Free — ₪0
300 transcription minutes a month, every format and any file length, the full editor and watermarked export. The cap is hard: when it runs out, new transcription waits for the next month — or for an upgrade.
Pro — ₪69 / month
1,500 minutes a month and clean, watermark-free export. Out of minutes? An expansion pack: ₪29 per 500 minutes (valid 90 days) — or an immediate prorated upgrade.
Office — ₪149 / user / month
Fair use: 100 hours per user per month — never blocked mid-work. Includes full legal mode (court packages, locks, affidavits) and team management with roles and permissions.
Certified — ₪9 / audio minute
Certified human verification of a transcript, segment by segment, under an SLA — for court packages. Purchased per verified audio minute, on top of your subscription.
Free trial
Every paid tier has a 30-day free trial, no card required. When it ends — nothing is deleted.
What about Comply?
Comply is a separate organisation-level subscription next to the transcription tier: Comply Lite (locked recording announcement, automatic retention, delivery portal, hash and signed delivery confirmation) and Comply Pro (adds WORM, a chain-of-custody certificate, a court package, API). Lines and mobiles are counted by what is connected. Full prices are on the pricing page.
When the minutes run out: what actually happens
Work that has started always finishes — the quota is checked only at upload or session start, never in the middle of a transcription. At 80% of the monthly quota the organisation's admins receive one e-mail alert. At 100% a choice screen appears instead of a plain block:
- Immediate prorated upgrade — a top-up until the end of the current month only (the final price is computed at payment time); recurring billing requires a full purchase.
- Expansion pack (Pro): ₪29 for 500 minutes, valid 90 days from purchase. Purchased minutes are honoured on any plan until they expire — they do not vanish on upgrade.
- Wait for the monthly reset.
- Free: the quota is hard and packs cannot be bought — the options are upgrade or wait.
- Office: fair use of 100 hours per user per month. Exceeding it notifies the admins — work does not stop.
