- What happens when the minutes run out?
- On Free the cap is hard — wait for next month or upgrade. On Pro buy an expansion of 500 minutes for ₪29 (valid 90 days) or upgrade immediately, prorated. Office has no hard cap — fair use of 100 hours per user, never blocked mid-work.
- How do I cancel?
- From the account page, any time. Cancellation, pause and refund terms are in the subscription agreement (legal documents page). Nothing is deleted on cancellation.
- How does Comply work with my PBX?
- Nothing is replaced. Your PBX or mobiles keep recording as they do; recordings reach us through a PBX connection (webhook / SFTP) or upload, get a hash, are retained for the statutory period and delivered to the consumer through a documented delivery portal. Lines and mobiles are counted by what is actually connected.
- Does the law apply to me?
- Amendment 74 to the Consumer Protection Law applies to transactions listed in the Ninth Schedule to the Law, priced ₪750 and above (or where the amount is unknown), and requires recording every voice call in such a transaction, a notice at the start of the call, retention and delivery to the consumer. Commencement: 22.03.2027. Full detail is in the law text; consult your lawyer about your case.
