Captions and an accessibility report for every video — Hebrew-first

Israel's service-accessibility regulations and standard IS 5568 (adopting the WCAG guidelines) require many organizations to make published recorded content accessible — captions first. In Europe, the EAA extends similar obligations. Manual captioning is slow and expensive, and the big automated tools don't really do Hebrew. (Which obligations apply varies by organization — subject to the current text of the regulations; not legal advice.)

Upload your video — get an accurate Hebrew transcript and synchronized SRT/VTT captions; paid tiers add a burned-in captioned copy and an accessibility check report for your records.

Frequently asked

Is this enough for IS 5568 compliance?

Captions are one of the standard's requirements for recorded content; our report documents the captioning work and the quality checks performed. Full compliance depends on your whole service — consult a certified accessibility professional; this is not legal advice.

Can I fix the captions before publishing?

Yes — the full editor is available: word fixes, segment splits, speaker names. Every version is kept, and exports always use the latest one.

What is caption burn-in?

Creating a new video copy where the captions are part of the picture — works in every player, including embeds and social media. The source file remains unchanged.

What does the compliance report include?

The automated check results (sync, coverage, reading speed, line lengths), the findings list, the deliverables produced, and the normative basis — with the required caveats. The report is meant for internal records and for presenting to an auditor.
