The problem we solve
Sales, claims and service calls are recorded every day. But when a dispute, a regulator's request or a lawsuit arrives, you need to find the right call, transcribe it fast and prove it was never touched. Amendment 74 of the Consumer Protection Law (in force from 22 March 2027) adds a retention duty and delivery to the consumer within 10 business days — with a fine for every violation.

What you get
Retention that cannot be deleted
Every call is ingested with a hash and an audit log, and kept under a regulatory lock for the retention period — human error cannot delete it early.
Accurate Hebrew transcription, at volume
An asynchronous processing queue for many calls; a two-channel phone call is transcribed per channel and merged by time — full speaker separation.
Documented delivery to the consumer
A delivery request, verification, and a package with a record of when it was sent, opened and downloaded — proof of compliance, ready for the regulator.
An evidence package for a claim
When a dispute reaches court: the original, a legal-format transcript, the chain of custody and the affidavits — from the same system, in one click.
