AttestVoice Transcribe
Which files can I upload?
Any audio or video file, from any device — no format list and no length limit. If ffmpeg can read it, we can transcribe it.
How accurate is it?
We build on the world's best open Hebrew models — about 5% word error rate in the model's benchmarks on real conversations. You can always fix things in the editor — every version is kept.
Who sees my files?
Only you. Files are encrypted at rest and never used for training; files of an organization marked confidential are never sent to any external service.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Access returns to the free tier — 300 minutes a month.
AttestVoice Legal
Is the transcript admissible in court?
We provide the full foundation case law requires: an unaltered original, chain of custody, affidavits and a verified transcript. Admissibility itself is the court's call — the package is built to survive that test.
What does certified human verification include?
A Certified order opens a review queue with a deadline. A transcriber verifies every segment against the audio; only when everything is verified is a "certified" version sealed — and that's what ships in the package.
Stereo (two-channel) call recordings?
Detected automatically: each channel is transcribed separately and merged by time — perfect speaker separation.
How long does a package take?
Automatic transcription — minutes. Certified human verification — per the SLA you choose (24–168 hours). The package itself builds in seconds.

Who will Amendment 74 apply to?
Transactions listed in the Ninth Schedule to the Consumer Protection Law, priced ₪750 and above (or where the amount is unknown) — the duty covers every voice call in such a transaction, including calls the consumer initiated. Published 22.7.2026; commencement 22.3.2027 (the Knesset Economics Committee may defer by up to 4 months). Full sector detail is in the law text; consult your lawyer about your case.
How do recordings reach you?
Manual upload or straight from the PBX (supported providers — expanding). Every file is hashed and its intake documented.
How long is retention?
As the law requires: two years from the transaction (or 6 months when no deal closed), under a WORM lock that prevents early deletion — followed by automatic deletion with a signed deletion certificate.
What if I leave?
Your recordings are yours. Full export any time; the legal retention duty is honored even after disconnection.
AttestVoice Access
Is this enough for IS 5568 compliance?
Captions are one of the standard's requirements for recorded content; our report documents the captioning work and the quality checks performed. Full compliance depends on your whole service — consult a certified accessibility professional; this is not legal advice.
Can I fix the captions before publishing?
Yes — the full editor is available: word fixes, segment splits, speaker names. Every version is kept, and exports always use the latest one.
What is caption burn-in?
Creating a new video copy where the captions are part of the picture — works in every player, including embeds and social media. The source file remains unchanged.
What does the compliance report include?
The automated check results (sync, coverage, reading speed, line lengths), the findings list, the deliverables produced, and the normative basis — with the required caveats. The report is meant for internal records and for presenting to an auditor.
